    I don't see the issue? Admittedly, I need to expand may timber rack, my guitar rack, and make room for the additional tooling and bench space I need but I don't see that a problem?

    While I do some stuff at home (mostly the glueups), Ever since I moved to a small villa, I do the big stuff at a Men's Shed where I have access to a table saw, bandsaws, thicknesser and a jointer. You could always join a shed .

    They do have them in the UK but nowhere near to the same extent as in Aus (I think). I did make enqs where I am but decided to spend vast quantities of money on tools instead! Table saw is the next purchase.
