Musicians as well. I live in Miami now, but grew up just off the Oregon Trail in South Eastern Washington. It's still cowboy country. I have great memories of listing to the performers on the cowboy poetry circuit in a town just big enough to have a grange hall, a bar, and a gas station on the 2 block long main street. Come to think of it (and you may think it is odd), though not what most people think of when they think of either Florida or Washington, but one of the few things both states have in common is cattle ranching and rodeo.

Anyhoo...These is something nicely poetic about not knowing you needed a slide guitar until you accidentally made one ;-)

Hi Trevor, how you doing? I’m working on one of these kits at the moment. I like the dark one of yours. The neck has a pretty snug fit on my kit, how is the intonation? I’ve only ever used floating bridges up until now and permanent bridge position is not something I’ve had to worry about before.

Until you hear from TD, and FWIW, F-style saddles have a lot more travel than the tune-o-matics on floating bridges, so you should be fine. If you have 25.5 inches between where the string comes off the nut and the high E saddle you should be fine. The low E is typically just a few mm longer

It occurred to me that you've done more G than F necks ;-)

    Hi Mark,
nice to have you back! I'm doing well!

I did not have any problems with the intonation of the ST-1 kits at school. The saddles do have a lot of movement. I did have the tremolo claw screwed in very tight, so it is hard to use the tremolo arm, but they keep tune really well.
