    Nice job. I’ve never felt the need to upgrade the pickups on my JB-4. Which makes if the only build I have with a full set of the kit pickups....

    Yep, I was wondering about that. I haven't felt any critical need to upgrade them. I do however need to cut the springs so I can lower the pickups a couple millimetres. As it is I'm hitting the neck pickup a little too often.
