It seems tapatalk well munted these uploads...
munted - I love that word! It doesn't get used enough IMO.

I'll try and fix that up when I'm at work and get a chance.

Talking of black guitars, here's Midge Ure’s (solo work/Ultravox/Live Aid) none more black acoustic guitar being described by its maker, Jimmy Moon. Jimmy’s from Glasgow, Scotland, so some may find the provided subtitles useful as his accent is quite thick.

Dang. Well that was a waste of time. You must have to be logged in to both. Okay I'll go back to the old way

The floorboard tele got strung up and ballpark adjustments made tonight. Plays, feels and sounds a treat. I went for 50's wiring, so no need for a treble bleed. Going to let it settle before checking final adjustments, but so far I'm stoked and calling it done. Phone photos at night don't really do it justice, but I'm happy with how it turned out.

    Cool!
I like the overall colour scheme, and the top hardware looks great (especially the black switch tip! ).
    As I always say, if it's also a player, that's a bonus!

Did you do the magnet thing for the back control cover?

Sure did! The cavity cover is a piece of veneer sample that was already mounted on some thin ply. Cut to size, sprayed black and then homebrew TO.

I'll attempt to get a sound demo of these 2 up this week sometime.
