Shazz on the test video the circuit isn't earthed to anything so it probably will buzz. Some of the solder is caked on the back of the pots so I am thinking one of the pots aren't earthed properly and not making full contact with a pot casing.
Double check that no earth points on pots have come apart from the casing
Otherwise re-do the soldering with braided wire might be the best option.
Also Fred has made a good point about any electrical devices nearby could be causing interference.
If I build a hollow body in the future I will only use braided wire from experience from other buillders.
That white wire not connected to anything I presume is the bridge post earth wire. Try exposing some bare wire and hold it with your fingers to see if that earths the circuit and stops the hum
