yeah sounds good Barge. If you are only using one router bit how did you route the 6mm deep bridge cavity ? Use a thicker template ?

I just stuck some risers down first, double laminated 6mm cardboard under the template seem to work sweet. I had to use it on the pup routs too as Pab's acrylic template is probably half the thickness of my ply templates.Originally Posted by wokkaboy
