Okay so I tried to upload photos this morning and even my computer hates me, I'm at my parents house on Monday and Tuesday so I'll use there computer to upload them, sorry about the wait, I know how intrigued some of you get.

On a more serious note, Pablo has found out for me that guitars with a TOM bridge have the neck slanted back slightly to compensate for the high set bridge whereas the floyd rose bridge uses a straighter neck if I have understood correctly. Has anyone got a fix to this or have my dreams of having a floyd trem been demolished?

This thread on another website is literally a list of things that could be wrong with installing a FR

I think you'd be pretty right with your string height at the bridge end, it would just be a matter of dialing in the correct depth of your rout, a bigger concern would be (as mentioned in the link) the wider string spacing of a Floyd Rose in comparison to your MB-1 neck width and the possibility of the strings flying off the neck.
If you had to replace the neck in order to make this work you'd have to ask yourself if it's worth the effort, routing a trem cavity is one thing, routing a new neck pocket is a whole other can of worms entirely.
If you've already got the FR bridge you could do a bit of a mock up with the stock neck and see how the strings look, who knows,it may work.

Yeah that's what I was worried about, I've already ordered the floyd rose so I'll wait for it to get there and see how it goes and if it's goig to fit, I think getting the neck alignment to match a lower bridge shouldn't be too big a problem, just a bit of work. I was also mainly concerned with the locking nut, will that have to be routed as well? I've never actually been able to have a close inspection of a floyd rose system so when it arrives a lot of decision making will here. If it comes down to having to get a new neck then as long as I'm not spending stupid amounts then I don't really mind putting in the hard yards for it. As long as it's going to work in the end

Being a bolt on, I found the neck had no relief in it anyway, so a Floyd system should work better than a TOM anyway, in stock configuration. I actually had to shim my neck for the stock bridge to be OK.

Oh okay so the neck should be fine if I take into consideration the width in comparison to the FR bridge. I guess I can only wait until the bridge arrives before doing anything with that. So I don't really have much to do, I can't dry fit everything because I would need the floyd rose to have a full set fit.. I can't beigin painting because it would be useless considering I may or may not have to route it anyway. So this floyd system is holding us all up lads haha

Kurt I don't know if you have anything like this where you are but vinyl wrap might be the way to go. All the cars in NASCAR and their trailers are all vinyl wrapped.

Yeah I was, I just got a little confused as we were talking about the Floyd Rose haha. Not a bad idea but like someone else said it would look a little tackky having a small lip on my body from stickers. If all goes well I'm hoping to just pain them on with a high gloss paint or something if they don't merge. I believe I will have to stain it and let cure before attacking it with a solid colour. Thinking of paints, does anyone know if DB can do a custom colours? I think I want to do a Deep Trans Red. Pictures up this arvo!
