    Looks great with the white/black contrasts.

    I just asked myself if the humbucker rings are mounted right for the higher side should face in the direction of the bridge.
    Then the humbuckers should run more parallel with the strings.

    Juan I haven't looked at yours...but Alexej, yours it probably because you have the wrong pickup rings. The angled rings are for archtop guitars like an ES or LP. They are not for flat guitars like an explorer. Since your top is flat, you need flat rings. You could flatten the ones you have with some sand paper. Or you could just buy a set...they are not expensive. They come in short or tall sizes. Judging by the pic, it may not matter which, you get, but if in doubt get the taller ones. If it's too tall you can sand off the bottom, but if it's too short it's hard to add material ;-) That said, the tall should be fine. I am guessing the short ones are for strat style guitars that have lower bridges. Since you have the TOM, the tall one is probably the one you want.
