Something Island Moose said in his build thread "let maple be maple" - although I am reading that as 'let mahogany be mahogany' - it has me leaning back to my very original vision of having a clearish coat for the back and sides.
The tru-oil has come up a treat on the mahogany of the neck, and it is pretty normal to have the neck and back colours consistent.
Bloody Pest, I had it all settled now I am back to analysis paralysis. At least in this weather I have a week to vacillate before I can really do anything else...
