For those who might be into alternative finishes bordering on industrial I may have found something blacker than black stump.
Below shots show what has kept me occupied and away from guitar building for more than a month.....it started out with repairing a section of the back fence which also resulted in replacing the treated pine sleeper retaining wall it was sitting on.....whilst painting the sleepers with a new age Creosote that is more environmentally friendly, plus BGSFOS no longer stocks the dangerous stuff, couldn't help thinking this would be a great product to use if you wanted blacker than black? Perfect on a weathered, distressed, industrial looking job....
This was after 1 coat.
