Isn't it amazing how such a small part of the guitar can have such an impact on the way it looks? For what it's worth I like it with both headstocks, but I really like what you've done with it so far

Bit of time to get back into it. Shaped the body with contours and rough sanded. Cut the headstock to close to desired shape and may finesse a bit before final sand. Fitted the locking nut so can start working on fretboard. Was going to fit some png ebony but not sure if something else would look better.

Noice, very noice. Igor says it’s making him twitch. I told him to adjust his voltage down.

A bit over a year but a bit more progress. Got some png ebony and made a fretboard for this build and another.
After slotting and gluing decided to put an inlay at 1st and 12th and no marker dots. After cutting and gluing in started radiusing the board and using super glue in the gaps and allowing to fill with sanding dust.
Then turned over and shaped the back of the neck.
Tony
Slow but very sure progress.
Some lovely work there.
Looking good! Nice work on the inlay

Nice work. Another nudge for me to tackle a scratch neck build.
