    I resisted the urge hehe.

However as a minor update, I decided to dismantle the guitar again and apply the rest of the Tru-Oil.
Hopefully another 10 coats should do it.

    cheers, Mark.

Hi Oli. Can't say I have, but had a bit of an investigation.

Says yet another student model that was never seriously promoted with the resulting low popularity.

    I can see why.

    cheers, Mark.

Yeah. It looks like the mustang body with a huge cut out of the back. (Possibly for a thigh rest?)

Hi King Casey, I'm making a short scale guitar( http://www.offsetguitars.com/forums/...16360&start=30 ), considering a Pitbull DMS-1 maple neck for the final build. Wonder what is your feedback about the Pitbull neck you have on your kit? thanks

    Hi Guitalias.
My DMS was listed on ebay of all places and I assumed it would have a maple neck.
It turned out to be engineered rosewood.

I removed all the frets and radiused it to 7.25".
Plays well and is the 'go to' guitar in my meagre collection.

    cheers, Mark.

    Hi Richy. Thanks.

I used the Adobe Illustrator after watching this tutorial

I didn't get it quite right but ended up with a result I could live with.
