Looks mean mate. Don't worry about the router slip you can always just get a slightly wider cover.

I worked at Indooroopilly, covering down to Moggill for a couple of years for a change. I went down to the Moggill Ferry after the flood and was amazed at how high the river had risen, from the debris on the pylons way up above, either side of the river.

Besides being too stinking hot, not ideal conditions for putting coats of finish on guitars.
It wasn't too hot today, Waz, I was working the other night as a storm was rolling in and copped a job at a house. Humidity felt like 150%, and I had to wear three layers of clothing for the chemical conditions.... lucky I took a couple of litres of water with me! If that was yesterday, it would have been almost impossible.

Cheers, Nick! The battery box hasn't arrived yet, but I got the measurements from where Alex bought it on Ebay, and the cover will hide the slip (I hope!)

Anyway, today we went over the body. When I did the burst, Alex stopped me from doing the sides, because he liked the white edges. So we looked at the back, front, sides, working out what it was that he wanted it to look like, got him doing some wet and dry cleanup of the overspray, then decided we should start again. If I'd had known he'd wanted the edges white, I could have masked them off, so now... we're back to being all white!

Hi Swanny, curious to know what sort of work you do that requires 3 layers of clothing for chemical conditions?
