Nice grain popping Kurt, looks like there may be a bit of glue on the cap seam down the bottom. Can't wait to see some dark green stain applied, presume thats happening soon ?

Oh yeah we found a bit of glue that was too stubborn and wasn't coming off. We also found that the big glue spot near the neck pickup cavity is not a glue spot but where a machine has gone through the cap, and obviously under the cap is a shitload of glue.

As for the stain woks, that's happening whenever DB sends it through which I have heard nothing about so after 3 weeks, God knows. Was supposedly sent via express on Friday I think it was

Yeah ok Kurt thanks for the update, cant do much about glue on thin caps so you just have to see how it looks after the stain coat.
Sometimes the marks sort of blend in, see how it goes. Send DB an email to make sure he sent the stain kit.
What is the deadline date ie birthday ?

Deadline is suppose to be 15 of July, exactly a week from now. It won't make it, not even close. Oh well, can only do my best 😊

Looks delicious. Will pop beautifully with some clears.
