    Fair enough, my mahogany Thinline Tele is a nice dark(ish) brown

    I have widened the Pup pickup routes to allow for a humbucker in the bridge position (and also routed out the neck just in case I want to use it later). I used my old template from the 2022 thinline scratchy builds. Also drilled out the holes for the volume and tone controls. I have room for a switch for a coil split of the humbucker if I want one - I probably will.

    Wouldn't push pull pots be neater than extra switching for splits

    Added an arm contour using a Shinto rasp-saw. Then sanded with 180 and 240 g.
