    The body and headstock have now been given 5 sprayed coats of water-based gloss poly and the back of the neck 5 coats of satin poly.

    One lesson I did learn today - after getting dust falling onto the wet finish - is that the cavity needs to free of dust and binding shavings, otherwise the air pressure from the spray gun going into one f-hole will blow rubbish out the other f-hole! Live and learn.
