I have recently finished building my first diy bass kit (non pb) and saving up some more coin to rinse and repeat.
I'm from far north nsw, and my main interest is bass guitars, although one day I may try and learn "real" guitar

Turned out pretty well, but next time I will spend a bit more time with prep, stuff like sanding filler etc that I didn't really know about..
Still looks reasonable though and plays nicely
Next up probably an shb-4 or an ib-4 with some electrical upgrades to active pick ups..

Nice looking bass! I also have mostly built basses, and only recently started to build guitars. I have one bass and two guitars paused while I finish some stuff from work, but I think my next build will most likely attempt a headless bass. Will be interested in what you think if you go that route ;-)
