I have about 3/4 of an inch from the plane of the fretboard and the deck where the bridge goes. So hopefully all good. I have a choice of bridges with varying heights as well - just in case. Thanks also for the book info - I will look it up.

I will also pay close attention to "the plane of the fretboard and the lowest position of the bridge" trick in future builds. I think that sounds like a reasonable assumption. And a quick check for mock build time.
