Yeah I went back to 120 today and that seems to have done the trick,
I reapplied stain, and it took much much better today.

gonna do 1 or 2 more coats of stain and go from there

That is good to hear.

I am also thinking to switch from a black grain filler, to a white grain filler.
As the stain was a much darker blue than i was anticipating, but still excited for the look
