had a similar intonation issues with mine Mark... Low side was fine but used 20mm bolts on the saddles on the high end instead of the 15mm bolts supplied. That sorted it for me.... I've had to skew the bridge 3 degrees as both E's were maxed out both ways.
This required a dowelling, re-drill.
Glad it didn't mar the finish.
Which, after weeks and weeks of contemplation, is going to be a dark green after all.
