Yet another cautionary tale.
I recently bought some Angelus leather dye for my shoes off ebay.
Thought I'd stain it 'Russet' as opposed to the stark white 2 tone.


Here is what 'Russet' looks like out of the bottle.



They were 'sorry' that my choice of colour didn't work out.

Yep that's less than ideal. I don't know much about working with leather but I'm assuming that's not salvageable.

Looks great! Maybe the "by M.W." could be a little smaller and "Patience" bigger?? Just my 2 cents, but go with what your heart tells you

Yep that was my thoughts as well. Here is my second design. I think this one looks better than the first.
