    I had a nasty idea about truing up that DM pocket, glueing the neck in and then doing a radical carve through the cutaways into the neck transition, kind of echoing the line of the cutaways converging across the rear of the neck and heel.

    Got lemon oil in post today so cleaned up the frets.
    Does a great job.

    2nd coat of stain after a light sand back.
    Really happy with how this colour is coming along.

    Side note. Anyone got any recommendations for decals for heads. Looking for a roo or something along the lines of a native animal.
    Love the little roo on the heads of some the maton te's.
