    Nice work.

    My only tip is to use low tack masking tape ( the blue stuff ) to do your marking out on, saves having to sand pencil marks off the wood and a simple cleanup with Goof Off.

    I reported in another thread that the Wilkinson Tele bridge is 10mm shorter than a Squier version and doesn't cover the string-through holes.

    It covers them fine, Mark, I just drilled them badly Luckily the bridge plate covers my sloppy work

    You must mean the modern type bridge. My Wilkinson, Fender MIJ and Squier '62 Custom's ashtray type bridges are exactly the same dimensions.

    Thanks for that Mark I might get that for this build, and save the single ferrules for something else.

    Lucky it's going to be a solid colour:
