A word of caution though, I use this as a reference check mainly and still do the measure up. I’ve found (probably due to trying to build six guitars at once) that sometimes even careful measuring and marking can cease making sense and it needs a sanity check.Originally Posted by Andy40

Hence the laser, and it looks freaking cool when everything lines up, not to mention it prevents drowning in the saliva of your own nervous breakdown because the numbers don’t add up to a straight line!!
