You would normally put some coats of Tru-oil on first, then put the decals on, then more coats of Tru-oil over the top. So you can start to put the Tru-oil on, but I wouldn't put more than 4 coats on the headstock before adding the decals. You'll want several coats of Tru-oil over the decals to protect them and have enough depth to sand the Tru-oil flat then polish it once it's cured.

I'm not quite sure what you are referring to. The small bit of tang poking out from the last fret? If it was me, I'd mask off around it, then use a small file to get it flat with the side of the fretboard, then start at maybe 240 grit and work up from there until it feels smooth.

I'm talking about the height of the neck
I think he sits a little too high in his notch, no ?

Ok, This is because I found the action quite high, after all the settings.
My friend who runs his own music store told me that it was surely after seeing it

It takes a while to get the setup right. Lowering the neck into the cavity would only make the action higher. With the floating bridge it's a matter of finding the right balance of string height, tension and spring tension on the claw. I am currently running 9s with a super low action on the shoegazer and it's wonderful. It has taken quite a bit of tinkering to get it there, but it is absolutely possible.
