Yep, I know, I guess there's not a whole lot I can do about it except grit my teeth and bear it, and I agree, it is a pain, I guess in a month or so's time it'll quieten down again.

The good news is that the amp hasn't blown another fuse ever since I got it back from being fixed, really relieved about that, I'm looking at buying a few new pedals on eBay for my amp rig setup so I can start designing a pedal board, I was looking on eBay for an affordable chorus and delay pedal, I found a few Boss Super Chorus pedals going for reasonable prices, and a Moen Pretty Dolly Analog Delay pedal going for a good price too, so I'll buy them later on tonight, there's also an FX looper pedal I'll be buying too, and then next fortnight I'll buy a pedal board power supply for the pedal board, this is so I can start getting myself organized to get back into gigging mode.

Last night I did some internet searching for some guitar tabs for some songs a mate and I wanted to learn, I've gotten to the stage where I really want to start learning some songs rather than constantly working on my gear cause I think I'm at the stage where my gear is working the best it can and I've got my sounds sorted, just need to put in the hard yakka and get some songs learnt.

Yeah, I could make my own chorus and delay pedals but they can be a bit expensive to make if you want ones that work well, I do have a Little Angel Chorus pedal but it's a bit finicky and sometimes doesn't power up correctly due to some strange issue with one of the components in it.

I am considering making a Uni-Vibe pedal that uses tubes instead of solid-state circuitry, just need to find a good circuit diagram to work with, I still have other projects on my "to do" list though, and I think there's enough to keep me busy, there's certainly enough material for the FX Pedal thread anyway.

Both of the pedals I'm interested in are priced under Au$150.00, with the Moen Pretty Dolly being the cheapest of the two, both of the pedals are located in Australia so I won't have to pay any extra money for postage cause the seller has indicated that it's free, so that's a bonus, I set myself a budget of at least $250.00 which should easily cover the cost of the two pedals and the looper.

So, my pedal board is going to include the following pedals on it:

FX Chain going into the amp's input:

    X 1 Pitchblack + Tuner.

X 1 Jim Dunlop Cry Baby Wah.

    X 1 Boss BD-2 Blues Driver.

X 1 Radial Tone Bone Hot British Distortion.

X 1 Danelectro Cool Cat Tremolo.

X 1 FX Looper Pedal (used to switch the other pedals in and out of the signal-path going into the amp's input).

FX Chain in the amp's FX Loop:

X1 Moen Pretty Dolly Analog Delay.

    X 1 Boss CH1 Super Chorus.

I may add a couple more pedals at a later date, but for the time being, that should give me a good range of sounds to work with.

The Marshall is primarily going to be set to it's clean channel, although I can switch it to the overdrive and boosted-overdrive channels if I want to, and there's the amp's built-in spring reverb too.

    Update:

I've got a couple of things to do today, but a bit later on I might see if I can squeeze in a recording session to record a new demo of my recently fixed Marshall, but first, I need to address the most important item on today's agenda....breakfast....hahaha.

Apparently so, it's nowhere near as noisy as it was yesterday, there's the traffic noise outside my window but I'm not hearing the loud roar of the airplanes overhead, there's two possibilities, they've either wrapped it up, or, they're on rest and recreation, or, maybe they're engaged in operations.
