Nah, just had other non-guitar related things to do, although I did have some problems with WiFi on my Laptop computer last night though.

Kimball emailed me a link today to a really interesting website, Amplified Parts, and I have been doing some browsing through the various models of speakers that they have in stock, I managed to find a few good contenders for building a speaker cab for my Peavey Renown, I'm not sure whether I'll go with a couple of 12 inch Eminence Patriots, or a couple of 100W 12 inch Celestions, the prices look affordable though.

Note: Amplified Parts have a really interesting Pedals section that I recommend checking out for those of you interested in building your own pedals, there are at least a couple Tube/Valve based DIY projects amongst all the stuff on offer, one of them is The Persuader Tube Overdrive pedal that uses a real 12AX7 Tube.

I reckon....lol...I might look into ordering some Valves from amplifiedparts.com soon, my stash of 12AX7 valves is getting a bit low and there are a few sick ones amongst the good ones, might also order a set of four JJ EL34 Valves for my Marshall MA100C amp too.
So far, out of all the speaker models I've checked out, I'm liking these Celestion G12K-100 Speakers the most, the pricing is well within my budget since two of them will cost roughly $280.00, if I connect two of them in parallel I'll end up with a 4 Ohm 200W 2 X 12 speaker cab:
