    Thanks fretworn, i really admire your work, so thanks for your kind words.

    In this case being brave is the only way to go, better not to fear any job. Anyway, this is the second model i've reshape the headstock, and its more easy than it looks, plus there are so many tutorials on internet to show you easily, and its so much fun. Only needs a good japanese saw, determination and a very clear image of what you want to accomplish.

    ok, afternoon update.
    I did remove fretwire very very carefully and then take off the neck binding with "a little help from my friend" the heatgun and a razorblade, then sand out, marked the new cavities for inlays with a pencil. Then, masking tape to separate them and cut with a finest japanese saw with extremely care.

    Time to dremel out and 2mm CNC bit, taking care to not trespassing the lines marked with our previous saw cuts. I finally decided to put on a 1.5mm celuloid inlays (white, cream or MOP not decided yet)
