gee the posty has been nice to you over the last few days Barge ! When you place the bridge in the trem route you will see the veneer is covered so all good there.
I'm guessing the templates that Pablo sent are for putting the router over the control cavity to route the binding channel ? You need something solid for the router to rest on

The most important question though, do they fit?

Yeah I think I was panicking over nothing really Wokks. I guess I'll have a better idea what's going on when my new bridge (Mighty Mite) gets here.
Not even sure if it will work yet:P

yeah cool, suppose the pivots will need to be quite low so the bridge sits flush with the body top.
The clear router plate looks sick as ! I hate how most router plates aren't transparent and you have no idea what the bit is munching up !

Like I say, I'll get a better idea once the bridge gets here, if it's looking like it won't work I'll just use the stock one, no biggie.
Although the router bases being clear are a definite bonus is wasn't my driving motivation in getting them made up. The simple fact is the one that was on my router had a tiny surface area and would have quite easily tipped into the control cavity given 1/4 of a chance.
These ones are most definitely sick!!
