I don't think that pun was intended but it's pretty funny!

Sam, Pest is talking about filling gaps and spraying, you dropped a pun and didn't intend to - nice one
Hanging on a swivel so I can turn it to spray each side.
This shot is after the first tack coat of primer. It has had a few more coats since and is more opaque now.

nice progress, love these double cuts
Yep Wokka got my pun. It was about the primer how it can be used to fill the pores of the wood :D
Guess I missed it because that's not what I thought I was spraying the primer for, already did the grainfiller step.
So after two days of spray and wait and repeat (that earlier shot was a couple of days ago) I have 5 coats of primer and a nearly empty rattle can.

Had a horrible feeling I left a run in it after the last coat, which I'll have to check for tomorrow. If I'm lucky there'll be enough in the can to sand and fix it if so.
Otherwise, I'm about ready to let it be. Then in a few days, and then some - start with the top coat.
looking good Sam, love the spray booth too !
For whatever reason, there is a shower stall in the laundry shed out in the yard. The booth is a couple of cardboard boxes stacked in the stall. The hanger is a coat hanger from a plank across the top of the stall and with a swivel joint fitted. The shed has good ventilation - I leave the door open and open the slatted windows. Primitive, but it works.
