    Queensland Maple

When a piece of timber is not quite big enough....
Thought you all might like to see this one, I bought a small slab of Queensland Maple about 3 years ago and it had a live edge that made it a bit small for a regular guitar. So this now has a natural arm bevel
Its slightly smaller than a regular Tele.
If anyone is thinking of building a scratch build its hard to go past Queensland Maple, beautiful to work with and often has stunning grain patterns. This one is a bit of a beast with a Lollar pickup in the bridge and a Rumpelstiltskin in the neck
