    painting and gluing

    Is it better to glue the guitar together then paint or the other way around.

    really personal choice, but it is easier to handle and paint the body separately. Personally I like doing the body and neck separate, then glue together and do the gloss/clear all at once
    In the end, really just personal choice

    Separate is easiest as once neck is set it then becomes cumbersome to flip around to get the finish in all the right places.
