The kit is still in transit as DB is doing a neck and nut job on it. I've optioned up to a ebony fretboard as well.

But the upgrades have arrived from various places

Vintage Liverpool Alnico pick ups from Guitar Fetish, finger tail peice, ebony base and new bridge, fancy truss rod cover and switch surround, white pick guard. Plan is basic black gloss finish as a mate to my Gretch, very Jet inspired, I may add a master volume if it's not difficult to get into the body. Will probably get some more deco style knobs too. I'm planning on doing a headstock inlay of the same design I did on the ES5 but this time in polished stainless steel.

Was chatting to DB the other day and he said he had a heap of PBG necks to setup and fret level.

Wokka, I just took delivery of a Mig welder.....yea I have some thing odd planned for next year ;D (not on this build )
