I've played a bit of cricket when I was younger, was never the best at it but at least I got up and gave it a go anyway.
I just called the folks in Fullerton. They tell me that Leo Fender thought that "cricket" was a kind of insect, so I am guessing this must be post CBS?

900 at slightly less than 15 runs per wicket over a career ( smarty pants ), I am running around again this year and may get the final 8 but that is unimportant.
I enjoy the fresh air and banter, not to mention the beers after the game
