    Lace Pickups

Any thoughts or experience with the Lace Alumitone Humbucker Pickups?
These are funky looking pickups, and look to buck(pun unintended) the trend of standard Humbucker designs

I can only think of one build that has used them: Starcaster and how it was eventually wired.

Thanks Weirdy, doesn't look to be a completed build thread which is unfortunate.
They certainly look different. Might be a consideration for a later build.

Have just fitted an alumitone standard and alumitone deathbucker into a 7 string build. Will be setting up this weekend so will let you know. Wired as standard but with 250k pots instead of 500 as recommended by lace
