The ES-2v is tempting , I'd just do it in gloss black with P90's or maybe Filtertrons more like a Gretsch Jet

I know its unimaginative, gauche and clichéd, but I'd like to do something like this:


Though I would continue the theme with an ebonised fingerboard, delete the pickguard and make all of the inlay black on black. Just because you can never have too much black.

the other I would like to attempt is a PRS 24 style of thing with a really nicely figured top as per Zandit's one, though a deep red with a hint of a burst.

As I will never be able to afford one, I am planning to build a Mayones type soonish.

Is it just me or do the multiscales look like they are localising a twist in the fabric of reality? Almost like they are riding the very edge of an event horizon slowly distorting as they are being drawn in....
