Digitech RP80 Modeling Multi Guitar Processor?

Anyone know if it is any good? i mean it's about 80 bucks for one but how bad would it be?

My mate has one and struggles with it, seems to have a mind of its own but having said that he's not tech savvy in any way so probably not saving his presets properly.
