This is my IB-7 that i have decided to do some custom artwork on. It loosely based around all the ways man has created ways for us to die. Things like 2 minutes to midnight, black plague, war, environmental issues , so on and so on. Its going to be finished with Kandy Green. I still have the neck, headstock and possibly the back to go. Im at around 25hrs so far.
Would love to know what me fellow builders think so far.

Hi mate, thanks for the comments. Im planning on painting it with Kandy Green auto paint. Its transparent and it will end up with a toffee apple look. Like a red stained glass.
nice plans Scooter, should really pop the artwork the green stain. Look forward to future updates

That is like Paisley for the post apocalypse! Stunning! Have you trialed the Candy Green over a test piece, it would be a travesty if it covered the artwork and didnt have the desired effect. Have you considered a stain with a tinted clear laquer over yhe top?
