    Elvis

This is our boy Elvis. He is a rescue dog. He pulls the saddest faces when you eat in front of him.

Sometimes I'm not sure he's all there!

He's a great mate and alway great to come home to this face and wagging tail.

He is a rottweiler cross American staffy. The story we got was his father a rottweiler from a breeder broke through two fences and a glass door to get to an amstaff bitch and they didn't want the mongrel pups so they were going to drown them in the river. Now he lives with us and gets spoilt rotten.

    Classic Rottie sook.
I had Rottie years ago, she weighed in at 42 kilo... All muscle and bone.
She was the most gentle dog but fiercely protective and loyal.
I discovered quite by accident that Rotties were bred as Cattle dogs. I had some cows that I used to work on horse back with my faithful Kelpie. The Rottie just joined in one day and she quickly became the best paddock worker I ever had.
Did some research (pre interweb era, so that meant library) and discovered they are indeed a working dog.
Cattle work, pulling small Butchers carts and home security all in one big boofy gentle dog.

There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....

Yeah giant sook, this guy would only protect you from burglars if they were trying to steal cheese out of the fridge.

A German man who worked with my wife said that they used rottweilers as working dogs I thought he was crazy until I did a bit of research, maybe not in the Australian summertime because they are like big black solar panels.
