I accidentally put stain coat over intensifier coat.

I got the bottles mixed up. Will that be a problem, applying base coat over intensifying coat?

Also, I'm almost out of Nullabor Ochre and I still need to do some headstocks. Can I mix the stain coat with a bit of Intensifier to make it go a little further?

Also, also, I've read that I should leave the intensifier coat for at least a week. Is that a week between coats, or a week before you can steel wool it?

It's really damp here today, so I've put the bodies in a small room with a de-humidifier.

Hi mate, don't think it will make much difference as the stain & intensifier are similar in consistency.

If you are running low and need to do the headstocks probably best to run with your idea of mixing what you have left with a bit of intensifier. It will all work out pretty much the same in the end.
