Wokka's Ash Tele with Baritone neck

So this build came from nowhere. Ads kindly gave me the tele ash body was a very early beta test from DB testing DT Karijini red. I visited DB's man cave Friday with a maple neck blank planning for DB to help me start a scratch baritone neck. Then DB tells me he won't have time to build a body for the baritone neck he had 95% completed. So I ended up leaving with neck blank untouched and an almost complete baritone neck ! Thanks very much DB !
I've since put side dot markers on the neck and had to cut the neck pocket on the body to suit the curved neck heel. I touched up the sanded area with DT Mark II Uluru red.
The body got a coat Friday night with Uluru red and planning another coat later today it should get some more depth in the colour. It has got a bit darker last 1.5 days curing.
Here's a mock build with spare parts I had. I will be upgrading the bridge, tuners, pups and electrics. I will have to hunt down a 4+2 tuner set, the mock build is using 3+3 tuners

so the neck is a 3 piece laminate, tazzy blackwood on the outside and a nice thick maple skunk stripe. Can't remember what the fingerboard is but it's got some sweet grain. It's also got a cool DB truss rod cover looks so cool, it just pops off with a fingernail underneath.
Note on the neck plate I manage to get the Freo Dockers flag in the reflection ! haha

cheers Tony, that bottle cap icecream container is empty, all the bottle caps are on the new outdoor bar, I'm about 80% there covering the top. Cheating a bit and putting some beer coasters on the top.
This is what I've been working on about last 5 weekends so haven't had time for much axe work lately

The finger board is Quilted NSW Blackbutt.
    Very tasty, super rare............

There's a lady in our race series who is involved in beer caps for wheelchairs.

The steel is recyclable of course so basically once a certain weight is reached a disadvantaged kid in need gets a free chair, I think the weight is something like the average weight of a 10 yr old.

Prior to offering assistance I confirmed with her that it was fair dinkum and again this year that it is still going, my mates and I have been putting in the hard yards to make sure there is a decent contribution each race day. ( probably at least 25Kg so far )

Lovely looking guitar BTW, well done Wok & DB
