    Hello From CA USA

    Hi All.

I have been looking at various hollow body guitar kits, as I am interested in starting a build. I came across PBG, I think they look pretty sweet!

What are the differences in the various ES model kits, and do they all have binding in the F holes?

I look forward to picking all of your brains here. My hope is that I can produce something along these lines.

I have not made a purchase yet, but once I do I will be sure to post pictures of the process.

Thanks for your help in advance!

This will be my first guitar build, so it will be quite the experience. I'm excited to get started. I will most likely decide on the ES-1G. For the finish, I am thinking of following Swanny with the burst, only in green instead of blue. I think I will use an oil finish or something natural like Dingotone or Tru-oil. I want it to be shiny but not look like it was dipped in epoxy.
