quick method KB, I'd be worried about over sanding the side of the neck and fingerboard
    Current Builds and status
scratch end grain pine tele - first clear coat on !
    JBA-4 - assembled - final tweaks
Telemonster double scale tele - finish tobacco burst on body and sand neck

    Completed builds
scratch oak.rose gum Jazzmaster - assembled needs setup
    MK-2 Mosrite - assembled - play in
Ash tele with Baritone neck - neck pup wiring tweaks and play in

I reckon he is killing two birds with one stone.
Getting the edge of the fingerboard dead straight as well as bevelling fret ends.

There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....

that is Chris Monk (?) who runs the electric guitars builders resource page on FB, he has some great tips and makes really nice guitars.

He is a big fan of solarez uv cured poly resin for gloss finishes as well (that should get DB fired up a bit...)
