If your binding is wood - the colour will most likely stain your binding. If its plastic it wil colour it, but you can remove the colour with a scraper.Originally Posted by ethanallen
Hi Ethan. Yes binding takes the stain almost as well as timber. You can tape it off while staining or fine steel wool the binding between coats or as Gav said scrape the stain off the binding
