    Just had to share this..

    Canadian Rock Maple that was allegedly Flamed.
    Turns out it was flamed and quilted!

    SCORE!

    Now to go and change my trousers.....

    holy carp DB is that what you got from the Timber Bloke and you put it through the drum sander ?

    @ Pesty. Depends on how often I buy timber, always make sure I have a few spare pairs of daks

    Kimball, I think I might be using some of this for your neck..
    The other stuff I machined looks plain compared to this lot.

    DB has a knack of picking out the right pieces of maple when you can barely see the grain as it's unsanded when you buy it
