Smile Love em or hate em , I had to try one

    Hey fellow forumieees,
Whilst waiting for a couple clients guitars to heal (cure) I thought I would have a go at this . Now not normally my cup of tea but well I had to make one. So out of Fiji Mahogany I made a real girly top.

Nice idea Jrod, still not sure you'd be safe from the telenapper...

hey Laz yes Jarrod would have done that build on CNC. Would hate to know how many hours it would have taken by hand to carve that top !

Hi Wokka yeah. Guess I'm spoiled my father has Zemaitis Carved Guitars. Lovely Tele just think carving spoils it .No offence Jarrod.I agree Wokka setting the cnc the drawing. Then waiting 2-3 hours for cnc to cut them out .Very time consuming.Must of took weeks to set it all up

None taken Laz.I actually am not a fan myself but after selling Nebulars and other required shapes I thought I would have a play at something different. It actually only took 2 hours to draw and 20 mins to cut.
