    Hi from California

My name's Zach and I've never built a guitar before. Really interested in all of your builds and might even tackle one myself one day. Nice to meet you folks.

wokka, there's a few kits i have my eye on, but i'm facing a move soon so i probably won't be buying anything for the foreseeable future. that being said, hands down, i want the jm-1 bad. i can't even decide on what color i would paint it when i eventually order it. i'm a nerd for the weirder fenders, so that guitar is right up my alley.

G'day Zach, welcome to the forums. I can still remember the anticipation of getting my first kit, you won't regret the decision.

Just out if interest I don't have a workbench or even a workshop, so don't be discouraged you can build one on a patio table. Like I did.

    Cheers

rob, that sounds exactly like my situation! when the time comes, i won't let little things like the lack of a workshop or even bench stop me! thanks everyone for the warm welcomes
