    My Strat Project-s

Hello there, recently I finished building a HSS strat, designing it to sound good and feel comfortable to play. Using my dads old no-name-brand strat body, I sanded all the old paint off, extended the arm cutaway, and painted the body satin black. From pitbull guitars I purchased a HSS pickguard, black hardware kit, a maple neck with a maple fretboard, and an Entwistle X-3 humbucker for the bridge.

I then cut the headstock out into an ESP 6-in line vintage headstock shape, which I prefer compared to a classic fender headstock shape just because it seems a bit more sleek.

Then I soldered the new humbucker in, removing the original bridge single coil that came with the hardware kit. After that, I screwed all the controls into the scratch plate.

And in the end, it turned out looking alright, still wrestling the truss rod, but it's getting there! Sounds surprisingly good for my first build. Very happy with the service I received with pitbull guitars!
