    who likes Mosrites?

    Tim Brennan of Tym Guitars in Brisbane, that's who. Found some photos of 'part' of his collection. Bloody hell...

    wow Tim has a whole new level of GAS and BAS there and most of them the same type of axe.
    He's probably got more Mosrites in his collection than Johnny Ramone had !
    Current Builds and status
    scratch end grain pine tele - first clear coat on !
    JBA-4 - assembled - final tweaks
    Telemonster double scale tele - finish tobacco burst on body and sand neck

    Completed builds
    scratch oak.rose gum Jazzmaster - assembled needs setup
    MK-2 Mosrite - assembled - play in
    Ash tele with Baritone neck - neck pup wiring tweaks and play in

    Thats a heck of a lot of firewood.....

    There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....

    crikey DB is there a guitar model that you DO like ?
    I won't allow all those sweet Mosrites to fuel the pizza oven in the naughty room either DB

    I saw a Tumbleweed video on Rage tonight, and I'm like "I know that guitar, it's one of them M... M... dammit what are they called again?" I had to find this thread to remember the name!

    I wouldn't mind having an early Johnny Ramone one if I could find one and had the $$$ it'd cost.
    I do know, at least for me, seeing guitars leaned up against each other like that and on floor is something I don't like seeing. Even if it is just for a photo op. Great way to put dings in them.
    I wouldn't even want to see Gibsons like that! Well...maybe just a few.
