    I saw that post as well Kimball, some of the comments sounds like its expensive. Interesting concept. No doubt would get you a longer sentence in the naughty room !
    Current Builds and status
    scratch end grain pine tele - first clear coat on !
    JBA-4 - assembled - final tweaks
    Telemonster double scale tele - finish tobacco burst on body and sand neck

    Completed builds
    scratch oak.rose gum Jazzmaster - assembled needs setup
    MK-2 Mosrite - assembled - play in
    Ash tele with Baritone neck - neck pup wiring tweaks and play in

    haha yeah Barge, u should have put more flies and debris on the surface

    I hate to think how toxic that shit is.... Besides, why on earth would you wrap timber in plastic?...

    There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....

    saw that as well, appears it is normally used as a surfboard repair resin.
    So, I wonder how fibre glass resin would go....

    I mean of course it would "go" but like DB said, why would you?
    I reckon we should just leave poly resins for things like surfboards and boats.

    EDIT: maybe when we start doing gigs in the swimming pool we'll have to start looking at these alternatives.

    I think any material is worth a look. Some make it faster, some easier and some look cool. And some will be crap or unsuited. This poly stuff looks the goods, and Chris Monck is a good builder. Maybe it kills tone, perhaps it rocks. Good to see other things
